Mark & Ellie Cotter began pastoring in 1999 in Sydney, Australia, where they led a vibrant youth and young adult ministry. In December 2008, a divinely inspired opportunity led them to relocate to Houston, Texas, where they served in various pastoral leadership roles at a local church.

A few years later, inspired by the Holy Spirit, they moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. In the summer of 2016, they founded Exchange Community Church in Walnut Creek, CA. Mark and Ellie are passionate about seeing the local church worship in Spirit and in Truth. They are committed to raising devoted followers of Jesus, and to preparing the Bride of Christ for His return.
